Consent to the processing of personal data

Hereby, in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 “On Personal Data”, I freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give my consent to:
Limited Liability Company Trading Company “Carbon” (LLC TC “Carbon”) (TIN 7714348011, OGRN 1157746658365), represented by General Director D. R. Akhmerov, acting under the Charter, located at: 125167, Russia, Moscow, Leningradsky Prospekt, 37, building 9, entrance 4 (hereinafter — the “Operator”), at the domain name carbontc.ru, to process my personal data.

1. List of personal data for which consent is given:

· Surname, name, patronymic (full name);
· Phone number;
· Email address.

2. Purposes of personal data processing:

· Registration of a user account on the website carbontc.ru;
· Feedback with the user (responses to requests, applications and inquiries).

3. List of actions with personal data for which consent is given:

Collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, updating (modification), retrieval, use, anonymization, blocking, deletion, destruction.

4. Term of consent and procedure for its withdrawal:

The consent is valid until the purposes of processing personal data are achieved or until it is withdrawn by me.
I have been informed that I may withdraw this consent by sending the Operator a written statement to the postal address indicated above or to the email address Info@carbontc.ru.
In case of withdrawal, the Operator has the right to continue processing personal data if there are grounds provided for by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

5. General conditions for processing personal data:

5.1. Processing of the User’s personal data is carried out without time limitation, by any lawful means, including in personal data information systems with or without the use of automation tools.

5.2. The User agrees that the Operator has the right to transfer personal data to third parties, in particular to courier services, postal service organizations, and telecommunications operators, solely for the purpose of fulfilling the User’s order/request.

5.3. The User’s personal data may be transferred to authorized state bodies of the Russian Federation only on the grounds and in the manner established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

5.4. In the event of loss or disclosure of personal data, the Operator informs the User about the loss or disclosure of personal data.

5.5. The Operator takes the necessary organizational and technical measures to protect the User’s personal information from unlawful or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other unlawful actions of third parties.

5.6. The Operator together with the User shall take all necessary measures to prevent losses or other negative consequences caused by the loss or disclosure of the User’s personal data.

6. User confirmation:
By giving this consent, I confirm that:

· I act voluntarily and in my own interest;
· The personal data provided belong to me personally;
· I have read the Operator’s Policy on the processing of personal data published on the website carbontc.ru.
